Patient experience and consumer and community engagement strategy
The strategy provides guidance to achieve the following goals:
- listen to consumers and use their feedback to improve person centred care
- engage consumers in purposeful partnerships
- engage our communities in purposeful partnerships
- support consumers to better understand their health journey and make informed health decisions
