Patient experience and consumer and community engagement strategy

The strategy provides guidance to achieve the following goals:

  • listen to consumers and use their feedback to improve person centred care
  • engage consumers in purposeful partnerships
  • engage our communities in purposeful partnerships
  • support consumers to better understand their health journey and make informed health decisions
