More than 350 people give their time to us as volunteers.
You can spot our volunteers by their blue vests or badges. They're there beside our patients, visitors and staff, giving support and a friendly smile. Their work complements our care.
Recruitment
Our volunteers work in a supportive environment, where they can get involved, learn, and build confidence. If this sounds like you too, then volunteering with our health service could be for you.
You must have a current Blue Card and meet any current mandatory vaccination requirements to volunteer at our hospitals.
We are not currently recruiting volunteers.
Fundraising
Wishlist is our non-profit charity that raises money to help support our service. All money raised stays on the Sunshine Coast for the benefit of local families.
Volunteers are the backbone of the Wishlist team. They're an important part of Wishlist's outstanding results for our local community.
